Hi suddnlly my eyes becomes red and it's paining now and continious water is coming from there and swelling and itching both only in my right eye when I wake up today in morning

It seems to be allergic conjunctivitis. Please consult with an ophthalmologist online or in clinic for proper assessment and management. Till then you can use ocurest AH eye drops 4 times a day
