Sudden red patch in eye
Red patch in left eye below cornea no pain but having a feeling of some heaviness.the redness has increased today ..I saw the issue only last evening

Hi, if there is associated discharge in the eye, it can be eye infection. If it's only red in a limited area looking like a small area of bleeding, it could be sub conjunctival haemorhage.
Next Steps
If not associated with discharge, or pain, and happening for the first time, just put some lubricating eye drop
