Red itchy spots on palms
I have these red spots on both palms and in between knuckles. They feel itchy. Sometimes when the skin is stretched it feels painful also. Itching is more at night than during the day. The skin also peels off occasionally. I was prescribed Dewsoft cream twice a day and cetrizine for itching. However this isn't getting better for the last 2 weeks.
