Red itchy spots on body

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have red coloured spots on my neck, shoulder, arms, under arms, chest and few on stomach. These spots are itchy and get worse in sunlight! These are spreading over whole body, the skin is rough and dry over and near these spots. Please advise what can be the problem.
