Consult an Ophthalmologist immediately. There are many causes for red eye, but most probably you have conjunctivitis. It's better you start treatment only after the doctor sees you as treatment differs with the cause and severity of the problem.
Hi, u might be suffering from conjunctivitis. Use antibiotic eyedrop Like Vigamox (moxifloxacin) and artificial tear drops like refresh tears. It should settle with this. U may take painkillers if it's painful. Kindly consult an ophthalmologist if it doesn't get better.
