Red dot inside the mouth on cheek
I have 2 small red dots(look like bruise) beside one another on my cheek, they are painless and developed maybe overnight or a day back. Not older than that. What is it.

Without a picture it's not possible to understand the problem.
But if it's recent is and is red in colour coud be an injury from sharp food or teeth edges.
