Red coloration and frequent urination

I have been having cold for 2-3 days for which i took sinarest tablets. Today morning i observed my color of urine was red as if there was blood in it. Could this be related?

Hello well you're having cold and blood in urine may not be related I would like to know if you have any other symptoms associated try to increase your intake of water to 8 to 10 glasses per day and see if there is any change in urine if it still continues please meet a physician in person thank you
