Red bumps on both side
I have painless bumps or lesson on both side of tongue (bilateral but not symetric). Buy wrost on right side. Some times Feel burning on right side of tongue. Feel irretation on throat and jaw as well. No gastric or digestion problem. No problem on eating any item. Is it any sign of oral cancer ? . Please suggest where I have diagnotic this tongue problem or to whom. It's sign of oral cancer or any test birds/foliate papillae enlargement. From now some days I feel headache and earache. I don't know it is due to tongue problem or due to other reasons. Please suggest (photo attached for ur reference). Your suggestion and feedback are highly appreciated.
