Red bumps and white on tonge
I've had red bumps on the back of my tongue, tiny we red dots on the front and the rest of the tongue has a white coating its been there for at least two months, i have seen my doctor he gave me an antibiotic mouthwash and stomach acid tablets for a reason I don't know why and they didn't work obviously, but I'm just basically wondering what this could be.

Actually best is u consult a dentist....
From ur description it looks as if it's normal tongue but just clean it properly ....
U didn't mention any symptoms the red dots are causing so please better consult a dentist
