Red and painful eye
My lower eyelid is swollen since morning. When i woke up i was not able to open my eyes. Lots of thick eye discharge which was dried in morning. It is red and paining.

You are having acute conjunctivitis. Please wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. Do cold compresses and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and put antibiotics eye ointment e.g. ocupol at bed time.
If don't get relief ,You must consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis
Try
A cold compresses
B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times daily along with lubricating eyedrop
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better
