Recurring IBS
I was diagnosed with IBS a year back, and it keeps recurring. I take medicine it becomes fine but within 3 months it recurs. Is it safe to take antibiotics all the time or should I avoid it? During ibs I have bloating which kills my hunger completely and I end up losing weight.

You dont have to take the antibiotics all the time. It needs to be kept under control by dietary and lifestyle modifications. Yoga and meditation can help a lot. Intermittently antibiotic courses may be required to curb any infection episode.
