Whether a perforation closes on its own depends on its size and dryness..small perforations which are maintained dry do have a chance of closure...medium to large almost always require surgery..ears which have frequent discharges require surgery irrespective of perforation size
Health Tips
do not clean ears with buds, avoid any OTC ear drops, plug your ears with cotton lightly dipped in oil when you have head bath to prevent water entry
