Recurring ear fungal infections
I got fungal infection in ear 6 months ago and got treatment for that. Again I got same problem last month and using medicines. Why is this happening frequently and what is the solution for it? We are also planning for baby. Is the medicines do any effect on the pregnancy?

It will not affect baby. do not let water to go inside the ear. rule out Diabetes.

Check your blood sugar levels. Raised levels may lead to recurrent fungal infections. If you have dandruff, then get treatment for that also. You should also avoid putting water or oil in the ear. Ear drops might not have an effect on pregnancy, but tablets may have it.

Kindly check the blood sugar levels if fungal infections is occurring repeatedly in the ear and try keeping ear dry and prevent water from entering the ear
