Is there any permanent solution for recurring anal fissures? I have tried almost all kinds of medicines n treatments, modified my diet as well but it still keeps coming back very easily and i am frustrated with dealing with it since 2 years now. Many people say even after surgery it comes back then what is the permanent solution to it?
