Recurrent miscarriage
I have 4 recurrent miscarriage in first trimester due to bleeding. I was taking phal ghrit from 6 months as directed by practo ayurvedic doctor. But now i am not conceiving. What to do.

Phalghrit is good but the root cause behind miscarriage needs to be treated. Need your history in detail. Did you get your Torch complex and other tests done .

Pls continue with Phala ghrita twice / shatavari kalpa with milk ... when u conceive take complete bed rest for 3 months followed by good diet ( liquids more ) followed by Garba pal Ras tablet 2 bd
