Shrink 2cm fibroid

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have 17×18mm submucous fibroid in fundic region of uterus indenting over endometrium which is responsible for my 4 recurrent miscarriages in first trimester due to bleeding. Is there any medicine to shrink this fibroid and to continue my future pregnancy successfully.
