I have 13 cm fibroid and recently got married.
Can it be treated without surgery and securing my uterus to get pregnant.

Yes it can but the duration of treatment varies according to each person's body. Maybe this will take around 6 months for you to heal or a little more time than that or can be cured before 6 months. No one can tell the exact time but according to my experience this will take 6 months.

It is a large fibroid and is difficult to manage with. Other than surgery there are many other methods and u have the scope of getting pregnant even in this stage .pl consult a good gynaecologist in modern medicine.

13cm is a surgical size. You can undergo laparoscopic myomectomy to remove the fibroid alone and then try to conceive.
