My 3.5 year daughter having recurrent fever since from last 6 days Widal negative Malaria negative Dengue negative But have low wbc 2600 and platelet 146000 We give augmentin and priton cs syrup and crocin sos

It is a viral fever. But it is also important to go for blood culture to rule out Typhoid fever. Many viral fever can continue for 7 to 10 days. It is advisable to take a follow Visit with your doctor every third day to see any improvement. Give plenty of water to drink and at least 70% of regular diet and wet and watch
