Recurrent fever in cold
Greetings!
My son being diagnosed with URI two weeks back had gotten alright with prescribed medicines by his doctor. However, this week from Monday he got sick with 99+ fever for 3 days along with wet cough/dry nose.
Has loss of appetite, and after I gave him ibugesic plus for 3 days, he got better, went to school as well but today he has 100 fever again in the night with headache this time. Wet cough hasn't subsided too.
Plz help. He is 5, height123 cms weight 31 kgs

You can give him tablet calpol 500mg 4 times a day for two days along with tepid sponging. For cough you give him syrup Ascoril LS 7.5ml three times daily.
