My son is suffering with cold and fever

My son is suffering with cold And fever from the past two days. We have given P-125 of 5ml each, once for every six hours, but the fever is not under control. After giving the medicine, he is ok, but after two hours, again he is getting fever. Can you please suggest good Medicines to get him cured.

It's some infection..may b viral...paracetamol covers fever temporarily...if infection subsides, fever will subside...get a checkup if fever persists/ high grade...Dr will prescribe other medicine after examination,if they r needed.
