Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. You should take sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan powder 2-4 times daily. Put 5ml of sushruta oil in anal passage in night. For easy evacuation of bowel movement; you should take 1 tea spoon of Sushruta powder with warm water in night. It may be due to fissure...burning senastion after defication is due to fissure along with some blood...it may be due having some spicy food yesterday or mainly due to constipation...it is better to treat now only because in layman language there is a cut over there in anal region so if u strain more during passing stool it will increase day by day so main aim in these is to relieve the constipation....
