Recommendation fr Hiatal Hernia H Pylori

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I have been diagnosed with Esophagatis Grade D with hiatal hernia of 4 cm after endoscopy and biopsy revealed H Pylori infection. I have been put on a medicine course with 2000mg per day Amoxicillin plus Vonefi and Sucrafil. I have been advised to get fundoplication surgery done. I have 2 questions: Is surgery necessary? Is it okay to take Vibact Probiotic in the middle of the day to counter the heavy antibiotics dosage?

1.Surgery is a must since you have a hiatal hernia with Grade D esophagitis(advanced stage). Medications are temporary and do not take care of the hiatal hernia. You are young with longer life expectancy. Longterm results with surgery will be better. 2.Can take probiotic any time of the day
