My gum have receeded for two teeth in lower jaw that tooth is paining a lot whenever i eat is there any treatment

Get complete Scaling for all the teeth. Wait and watch for few days. If the symptoms don't subside, go for Root coverage procedures/splinting/RCT etc depending on the clinical condition
