Rct to be done as tooth is spoiled
But now I m at 3 months pregnant but to be done to the spoiled tooth on my left jaw. Can rct be done at this time is it safe. N tooth has to be removed. It's in the upper jaw, as previously was removed little as the other half was covered in gums so doctor advised to remove it now. But since 2 months I didn't visit my doctor. Very scared to take decision.

since ur in first trimenester kindly never go for any surgical treatment instead wait for second trimenester and get rct done if possible. use RVG for xray exposure. first three months is not safe as there will be organogenesis of the embryo. second trimenenester is safe

RCT can be performed in mid trimester ,keeping all precautions..you can consult an endodontist for better results. There are some safe medicins which can be prescribed during pregnancy for relieving toothache. That your dentist will do once he see the problem Regards
