RcT teeth issues

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am so much confused. I asked this ques and some doctors are saying my rct is fine and some are saying i need re rct because there is a problem. I AM TALKING ABOUT THE TOOTH MARKED WITH RED. I HAVE A DISCOMFORT TYPE FEELING ALONG MY RIGHT SIDE OF THE NOSE UP TO RIGHT EYE. Please help. Xray attached.
