Pain after RCT in tooth. My rct is fine?

I would like to give my independent opinion irrespective of what you have been told till now. I do not want to sideline any other dentist's opinion, so I will just present mine, based on the description that you have mentioned and the xrays that you have posted. Definitely the canals are not over filled. And definitely some (but not all) canals are under filled and need longer fillings. Although a single x-ray cannot define this, but it seems that only 2 canals out of the three in the second molar have been filled. An x-ray with a different angulation will be able to confirm this better. And also we cannot rule out the possibility of the improperly positioned third molar as the cause of the pain. The advice that I can give is not to keep taking long courses of antibiotics or painkillers because they will only subside the infection and symptoms but not cure them completely. You will require objective treatment of all the 3 teeth which includes Re RCT of the first and second molars and extraction of the wisdom tooth. Regards.
