The filling done at the end of the procedure of root canal seems to have come out. The tooth needs to be evaluated clinically as well as radiographically.
If prognosis is good we try to save teeth at any cost.
i think there is fracture of root canal treated tooth ,sharp margins must be bothering you ... if pain is there that suggestive of reinfection of RC treated tooth .depending upon remaining tooth structure ,x ray will decide further treatment

Health Tips
it is always helpful to have crown on rootcanal treated tooth
From what I can understand by a description you did not go for a cap on the tooth after the root canal treatment. Dislodgement of the filling is the least of our concerns in such cases. You should get yourself clinically evaluated by a dentist so that the current condition of the tooth can be evaluated whether it is amenable for restorative treatment or not. An x-ray of the tooth might also be required to aid in the judgement.
Extraction of the tooth is the last option a dentist will ever give you and even if there is some coronal structure remaining there are techniques to build that up so that a Crown can be given on the tooth and that can make the tooth functional again for a very long time.
