Rashes on skin
Hello doctor's, My 8 months baby had high fever 2 days back..fever treated with paracetamol but now i could see these type of rashes over her body .please advise what to do is this bacterial infection??

Considering the morphology and distribution of the rash, it is probably measles. I would like to know if you have ensured immunization for your baby as per schedule. For the fever, give paracetamol at dose of 15mg/kg as per your baby's weight. Keep monitoring the fever. And ensure hydration. If fever persists even after 2 days from now, consult your doctor for some lab investigations
