8 months old has fever
My baby is 8 months old and since yesterday evening baby has fever at 6 pm 99.1 at 4am 99 at 11am 99.7. Baby is getting irritated and fussy and crying a lot. Fever is coming in every 6-7 hours. One teeth already come and one is coming. During first teeth baby doesn't have any issues like fever , loose motion. Is this viral fever or something else.

Looks like viral fever .wait n watch.. continue giving paracetamol as required and plenty of fluids.
