Rashes on my skin& itchy
Hello, I am in USA I don't why there are some red rashes on my skin with itching they come on my hands and last for a day or more and disappear. I took Allegra and Zyrtec got relief from itching but the red rashes come again and again. I use medicated soap and cream.Dont understand what happens with me and why I see them on my hands

Hives are irritating and difficult to live with. Urticaria is the medical terminology and this condition needs proper assessment. The triggers should be identified. Based on your description, it appears that you have acute urticaria. These conditions have strong relation to one's internal health and it needs to be evaluated as often quoted - Skin is the mirror of internal health. Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation which probably will include a non-sedative antihistamine and some other medications based on blood chemistry.
