Rashes on my ankles
I am having rashes that looks like red dots in my ankles from 4 weeks. They are not itchy or irritating. But it is spreading at a low rate. What could be the problem and which doctor should I consult for this? I had visited a dermatologist for this and have been on allergic medicine and cream. It is not quite effective. My blood test reports shows inflammation. But not very specific as what is the underlying issue. Can someone help?

Prolonged standing or sitting may cause blood to pool in legs. That can lead to slight trauma to capillaries which gives it red dots. Consult online for further assistance.

Hello, It seems like purpura pigmentosa progressiva. But still more history and detailed photographs required for the same. Anti-allergic treatment might help but not much can be done for the same.
Next Steps
Take an online consultation along with detailed photographs so as to come to exact diagnosis
