Rashes,dry skin,hfmd
My daughter is 3.5Years old.she got hfmd infection on Dec 28 and all the blisters are cured after 5 days (3/12/24).After that she got rashes in stomach,back and in face not too big but it's itchy.i consult skin specialist he suggested omnacortil 5mg 5ml and xyzal syrup 2.5ml for twice a day.im giving xyzal syrup for 3 days and avoid omnacortil because it's steroids not given to children mentioned while I'm searching.there is no improvement I'm my daughter rashes.Doc told me rashes are normal after hfmd.her skin is dry.what can I do .

Hope you have consulted a pediatrician initially to confirm that it's HFMD. You can apply calamine lotion and moisturiser.

Apply simple Calasilk lotion...or any good moisturizer.... Syrup. Atarax. 5ml. Two times daily for 5 days
