Skin Rashes/Patches
My two year old son developed rash/patch like this in photo attached in his both legs. I am using dermadew cream for last two days. pls tell me it's dry skin or any skin allergies. pls advice.

It is looking like dry skin might be due to cold environment.Apply Atogla cream two times a day.
