Use plenty of powder...mainly zocon....Use 3/4 th cotton loose leggings, so that fric tion is less. Use coconut oil during night time.. see to it that there is air circulation between the thighs. Ofcourse reduce weight near the thigh area

Please donot use any OTC ointment as it gives momentary relief but adds to moisture and increase the problem.
