Rashes and swelling
My friend is getting rashes and swelling anywhere on the body mostly hands and legs and it goes away in a day or two and comes back again. Attached is the recent rash on her hands and all her blood reports are OK. Doctors please suggest what could be the issue? Thanks in advance.

This is urticaria ,a allergic condition. You have to give full details of rashes , like itching ,occurs after any particular food , soap, cosmetics etc. May be ANGIONEUROTIC URTICARIA.

Need more details to answer like is it assocoated with itching? Is there a particular activoty of food or clothing to which its linked? Is it associated with rise in body temperature? How was serum igE level or eosinophil count in the blood tests? If ita itchy it looks like self limited allergic rash to something in her environment. You need a detailed consult to move further. Pls see a physician.

It is allergy/ urticaria.... Mostly food related.
Has to exclude one food at a time to find out what food causes this!!
Sometimes worms in intestine can cause this.
Tab Zentel 400mg single dose, might help.
