My 18 month daughter had rash with small bumps and red in color 6days back..diaper rash cream was applied dialy and no diaper is allowed..now red color decreased but still rash hasn't healed completely..is this normal?? Is this diaper rash only or any other infection? She has no other symptoms like fever,itching..rarely she itches..please suggest

Most probably a fungal infection- apply Luliconazole cream - like Lulimax or Lulikid - 2 times a day for 7-10 days - cont other antiseptic measures as before at the area - follow up in -3-5 days - hopefully results will be available in 3-5 days but you have to continue the cream for 7-10 days and please contact through Practo- if possible a video consultation
