Rashes and bumps on neck
My son is 7.5 months old.He has developed small red bumps on his neck and upper chest area (please see the attached photos). The rash looks like tiny red spots, and it started appearing recently. He doesn’t have a fever or major discomfort, but I'm a bit concerned.
We try to keep him cool and dry, and he’s otherwise feeding and sleeping normally. Could you please advise if this looks like a heat rash or something else? Also, do we need to apply any cream or medicine, or take any precautions?
