I have this butt rash since three months or so. The reason why I had it so long I think because they I've been treating it. The pharmacy gave me hydrocortisone cream and fexofenadine hydrochloride pills to use with the cream. I apply the cream only one time a day. And eat one pill a day. The rash is kind of bumpy, it's itchy. I feel that the skin affected by the rash is becoming kind of dry, what should I do?

Greetings. There can be few medical conditions associated with such presentation and should be ruled out by meeting a Dermatologist. The information provided is limited. A thorough history and clinical examination will be helpful. A photograph will add in obtaining better recommendations. Plus the steroid you have been using would have masked the disease.
