Rash of sort
Doctor, I have a very painful ulcer in my mouth. Added to that I got a blister on my lip and upon googling the symptoms. It said it could be signs of herpes simplex virus. Do I consult a doctor? If yes which specialist?

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. it is better to see the case clinically for proper diagnosis and treatment plan. you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. This will help to heal your ulcers. If they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your vitamin B levels checked. If required take supplements for it.

Yes it could be. Do you feel feverish. If there is fever it could be more possible for you to have herpetic infection. Try not to touch the blister or ulcer at all. Show a doctor as soon as possible. They might give you anti vitals. Keep yourself well hydrated. Take proper rest. Avoid junk food. Eat fruits and vegetables. Don't kiss children aur adults. It spreads very easily. It also self heals. So don't be afraid . But showing a doctor is always a good thing.....
