Rash inside mouth
I often get some roughness & rash on my inner lips, sometimes inside cheeks! On irritating it further it becomes red ! It goes off in few days but comee back! Iam in a vicious circle.. it doesn't seem to end ! I got it personally checked several times.. dentist's don't find this concerning.. but it gives me anxiety! No burning as such, but slight irritation is there.. iam constantly doing actions to smoothen it & it further gets bad

Hi, I suggest you start taking multivitamin tablets for the next 6 months. Please share picture of the inner lip and cheek when the rash comes again. There is no need to get worried. Anxiety can also be the cause.
