Rashes inside mouth
Since yesterday I'm feeling terrible pain while eating since these rashes inside of my cheeks and somewhat ulcers on my tongue burn. Please help.

For ulcers you can apply kenacort. Avoid hot and spicy food .

Use hexigel or dologel on the affected area and avoid hot and spicy food for a few days

You can add a vitamin bcomplex tablet like zevit once a day for a few weeks
