The sudden rash on the back, accompanied by intense itching, could be due to an allergic reaction, contact dermatitis, or a fungal or bacterial infection. Environmental factors, sweat retention, or sensitivity to a product might also contribute to this condition.
Next Steps
I recommend scheduling an online consultation for a detailed evaluation. This will allow for an accurate diagnosis based on your history, symptoms, and possibly a closer examination of the affected area. A tailored treatment plan, which may include specific medications or lotions, can then be provided.
Health Tips
- Avoid scratching the affected area to prevent further irritation or infection. - Wear loose, breathable clothing to reduce friction and irritation. - If the condition worsens or you experience other symptoms (e.g., fever or swelling), seek immediate medical attention. Book a consultation to receive a proper diagnosis and appropriate care for quick relief.

From the clinical image and history, it appears to be an allergic reaction. First is to try and identify what triggered the reaction. For more details and a management plan please take online or an in person consultation.
