Rapidly increasing weight issue.
Since last year her weight increases which is 60 to 73 kg. Because of her weight she feel stressed. She want a solution to control her weight. She is a employee in wipro company. Because of her night shift schedule she cannot maintain her diet.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello Practo user In order to loose weight we need to check our daily calorie consumption and usage. If we eat more and our physical activities are less,  we tend to put on weight. There has to be a balance between intake and output. Please mention few more details like height of the patient, Lifestyle, physical activities,  etc
