Hello sir,
My son is 3 years 7 months old. By birth he use to keep squint while staring any object, not constantly but sometimes the left eye and sometimes the right one. But even now he is having the same problem. Will it resolve on its own as he grow up. Can we ignore if it is not constant. Kindly suggest.

Doesn't seem like squint in the given photo. Most times these may occur when kids or a person is tired. That time the eyes tend to go in resting position and deviate outward. This is mostly harmless. But still it is advisable to get him screened in clinic once, for both refraction and squint evaluation.
Next Steps
Book an in clinic consult with an ophthalmologist near you.
