Raised bumps: thighs, arms, & stomach

I have raised itchy red bumps on thighs, arms, stomach, & legs that start under the skin. When broken, the larger ones emit a strange fluid and blood with a putrid odor. Become painful. Seem to be over hair follicles. Researched and it sounded like HS, but didn't line up with a lot. Me: 37 y/o male, not overweight, don't smoke. Since they 1st showed, a month ago, I changed my diet (no dairy, less sugar/grains) added supplements (probiotics/vitamins) Getting fewer large but still a lot of small.
