My relative had 30 cycle of Radiotherapy.
Post 10 cycles voice has become very low.
Its been 1month since completion of rafiotherapy but voice is still not normal.
Is this temporary or permanent?
Or is it because of hypothyroidism because of radiotherapy .

Radiotherapy to neck can cause hypothyroidism on long term. Sometimes nerve supply to voice box might be affected due to the disease (progression or responding by fibrosis). Radiotherapy dosage, technique and planning matters too. Usually it is temporary voice change.
Next Steps
Luke warm saline gargles helps to improve voice. Better to consult an ENT specialist and also to do thyroid function test.
