I have fully vaccinated 2017 and 2018... And now street dog lick my leg but not sure scratch or blood..can I take full vaccine course ya 2 booster dose...plz help

Yes. You have to take a full course of ARV. There is a gap of 5 years after the last ARV Course you have taken in 2018.
