Quitting smoking
I have been a kind of regular smoker since past 9 years. My intake used to be 1-2 cigarettes a day. One fine day at the age of 27 I realised the effects of smoking. I know I have done enough irreparable (that's the term I thought will be best suitable) damage to my lungs. Now I want to quit smoking forever and recover from the damage I have done to my health. I have been without cigarette since 3 days. I want some pro-health tips and some advice so that I can repair the damage and participate in a marathon at Kolkata in the year end.
