Quite high blood pressure
I'd like to seek some advice . I am 37 years old and have had had hypertension for a few years now. I do have systemic lupus and I frequently have a lot of blood in my urine and some protein however all other labs and tests are okay meaning they show no problems with my kidneys or heart that would cause the hypertension. Since they haven't found other underlying causes my doctors don't worry too much. However I have been having severe headaches the past couple weeks and just overall not feeling well at all. I'm still feeling quite unwell I'd like to share with you some of my readings over the past week and ask if the doctor's right and there should be no concern. 179/109. 198/124. 188/118. 177/111. 204/132 154/132. 200=107.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I'm pretty sure you are lying about consulting a doctor. Because whatever the cause, the blood pressure recordings are very high and he would have put you on some sort of antihypertensive medication. If you had consulted him that is.
