It is my 3rd day without smoking . I use to smoke 5-7 cig per day
. Now , I am craving for it . Every minute , I feel like eating or chewing something on Mouth . This time , I would like to quit for good . After years , in this 3 days I felt like my oxygen level has gone up . I feel so fresh and energetic . No more blockage while breathing . Can someone advise how to control craving or stop thinking about it .
